Job summary

Chatham High School in Taree is seeking an energetic Head Teacher Mathematics to lead and grow the Mathematics faculty and to advance whole-school Numeracy initiatives.

You will work with a diverse staff and community, drive engaging curriculum and assessment practices for Years 7–12, and model inclusive teaching while supporting Aboriginal student achievement. The role requires strong instructional leadership, collaborative planning, and effective resource management to lift student outcomes.

• Successful teaching experience with leadership in classroom practice.
