Job summary

Equiem, a Melbourne-based innovator in tenant experience platforms for commercial real estate, is seeking a Head of Marketing. This remote-friendly role leads a global repositioning from tenant engagement to a building-performance platform, owning positioning, launches and campaigns across markets.

The successful candidate will drive marketing strategy with a commercial mindset, connecting activities to growth, retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on marketer with strong background in product/brand/integrated marketing for enterprise tech.
• Experience in PropTech or institutional real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, packaging, launches and campaigns across multiple markets.
• Lead marketing strategy aligned with mission to enhance building performance, NOI and asset value.
• Collaborate with product, sales, customer success and external agencies to deliver on strategy.
• Oversee global brand management, content creation and PR, build media relationships.
