Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in logistics/supply chain with leadership experience.
• Experience in agriculture/food supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient with ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
• Knowledge of Australian food safety/regulatory requirements; perishable goods experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end-to-end logistics strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead and develop the logistics, warehousing, and distribution teams; foster a safety- and performance-driven culture.
• Plan demand and inventory with production, manage cold-chain logistics, and optimize stock levels.
• Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, carrier selection, rate negotiation, routing, and last-mile delivery.
• Ensure food safety, product traceability, labelling, and regulatory compliance (Australian standards).
• Implement and optimize ERP/WMS/TMS solutions; leverage data to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, transport cost per unit, inventory turns, spoilage, safety).
