• Lead the strategic and day-to-day operation of the Junior School, driving excellence in student learning and wellbeing.
• Mentor, support and develop Junior School staff through coaching and professional learning.
• Use student achievement and wellbeing data to inform improvement initiatives.
• Foster partnerships with students, families and staff to create an inclusive community.
• Lead Junior School programs, events and transitions to support engagement and belonging.
