Qualifications

• Significant post admission experience (ideally 10+ years PAE) in public and administrative law with advocacy capabilities.
• Proven high-level litigation experience in a government in-house setting or for institutional clients across matters.
• Ability to build/lead a high-performing in-house legal team and mentor staff toward collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of lawyers handling often complex and novel questions of law for the CCC.
• Advise on and conduct litigation to meet model litigant obligations on CCC matters.
• Ensure timely delivery, compliance with court orders and statutory requirements during investigations.
