The Role

• Lead, support and uplift two accountants plus offshore administration roles.
• Oversee reporting schedules and improve the quality/timeliness of outputs
• Own end-to-end trust accounting across multiple trust accounts (daily transactions, allocations and reporting)
• Ensure compliance with trust accounting legislation and regulatory requirements
• Complete regular reconciliations, coordinate audits and investigate discrepancies
• Partner with the systems team to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Identify efficiencies, automation opportunities and future AI-enabled reporting improvements
• Contribute as part of the senior leadership team to drive business enhancements
