Yarra Trams, Melbourne's tram network operator, is seeking a senior leader to head Facilities and Network Maintenance. You will shape asset performance, safety compliance and stakeholder engagement to deliver a world-class passenger experience.

Reporting to the Director, Infrastructure, you will lead strategy, governance, and end-to-end delivery across facilities, cleaning, presentation and network maintenance, driving data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy, governance and end-to-end delivery of Yarra Trams’ facilities, cleaning, presentation and network maintenance portfolio
• Drive safe, reliable and sustainable asset performance across depots, workshops, network buildings, plant, equipment and fleet vehicles
• Lead commercial performance and contract governance for facilities, maintenance and cleaning service providers, ensuring franchise KPIs and passenger experience benchmarks are achieved
• Represent Yarra Trams with the State, DTP, VicTrack and key partners on facilities and network maintenance priorities, performance and compliance
• Develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team and embed data‑driven decision‑making, predictive intervention and continuous improvement across the portfolio
