Showtime Event Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead events and day-to-day venue operations across iconic venues and venues. You will manage front-of-house teams, drive operational excellence, ensure highest standards of service, and partner with the Venue Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations or duty management role within hospitality or events.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Sound understanding of financial controls and stock management.
• Knowledge of liquor licensing, RSA, and food safety requirements.
• Experience as Operations Manager or Venue Manager in high-end boutique catering/events is advantageous.

• Lead the operational execution of events and venue operations.
