Job summary

icare is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk in Sydney to lead the risk framework, advise senior leadership, and drive a multi-year risk maturity program. You will oversee risk across the organisation, ensure robust reporting to the Board and regulators, and mentor a team of risk professionals in partnership with Risk & Compliance leadership.

• Provide quality control over risk and control environments.
• Manage team roles and cross-skill within SME areas.
