Compare the Market and iSelect are unifying to build a best‑in‑class technology platform. We seek a Senior Integration Engineer to design and deliver integrations across marketing and customer tech stacks, enabling real‑time data capture, measurement, and AI‑driven channels.

You’ll partner with data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable pipelines, while leading technical design and mentoring peers in a fast‑moving, privacy‑moc compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in integration engineering, martech, digital analytics.
• Hands-on integrations across APIs, event streams, batch pipelines, webhooks.
• 3+ years in digital measurement, event instrumentation, or server-side tracking.
• Strong platforms experience: CDPs, CRM, analytics, tag management.
• Proficient in SQL and one of JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with cloud/data platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP or Databricks.
• Understanding of privacy, consent, and data governance.
• Exposure to AI-related measurement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations across marketing and customer platforms.
• Ensure reliable data flow across channels, CRM, analytics, and data environments.
• Implement consistent tracking across web, app, API, and AI-driven interactions.
• Translate business needs into scalable integration patterns, schemas, and data models.
