Qualifications

• Significant experience leading digital product portfolios in ecommerce or customer-facing businesses.
• Track record turning business strategy into product direction with measurable results.
• Experience leading multiple squads and developing Product Leaders and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Own our digital product and experience strategy across Web and App, aligning roadmaps and investment to growth plans.
• Drive commercial improvement by enabling Product and Experimentation to impact conversion and growth.
• Lead CRO and experimentation strategy, setting ambition for testing, learning and optimization across journeys.
• Improve customer journeys from discovery to account management through data-driven decisions.
• Lead Product, UX, Research and Experimentation to establish high standards and cross-functional collaboration.
