• Build staff capability through observation, feedback, coaching and goal setting.
• Provide strategic leadership for signature programs (Rugby League Excellence, Agriculture, Pedal Prix).
• Lead the Sports Coordinator to deliver sporting opportunities and student participation.
• Provide curriculum leadership for junior Japanese Languages program.
