IFYS invites applications for an Operations Manager to lead the Urban Angels Community Kitchen (UACK) in Maroochydore, overseeing daily kitchen operations, food production, logistics, and compliance.

You will manage budgets, rostering, staff supervision, and drive continuous improvement, while fostering a supportive team culture and delivering community outcomes. This permanent full-time role offers base salary, superannuation, a provided vehicle, and the option to work from home after training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading diverse teams of employees and volunteers.
• Proven success delivering operations in food services or hospitality.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Standards, HACCP and WH&S regulations.
• Desirable qualifications in Hospitality, Business or Leadership/Management.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of the UACK including food preparation, inventory and delivery logistics.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WH&S and legislative requirements.
• Monitor budgets and resources with adherence to policies and delegated authorities.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to support service delivery.
• Prepare reports and coordinate stakeholder communications including newsletters.
