Job summary

Mission Critical Recruiting in Melbourne seeks a Senior Director, Commissioning to lead multiple data centre commissioning programs across Australia. You will hire and mentor an internal team, coordinate with GC partners and stakeholders to ensure IST milestones are met and FATs are signed off.

Travel is required to oversee FATs of critical equipment, and the role offers a high-impact leadership path within a fast-growing hyperscale data centre operator.

Qualifications

• Mechanically or electrically qualified.
• Deep knowledge of commissioning per ASHRAE standards.
• Data centre experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commissioning programs across data centre builds in Australia.
• Lead and mentor an internal team while coordinating with general contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure IST milestones and FAT timelines are met for each project.
