You will grow programs, lead a team, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with clubs and associations to drive inclusive development for coaches and umpires and elevate the game across the state.

• Lead coaching and umpiring across NSW/ACT to deliver high-quality programs and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clubs, leagues, associations and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver initiatives to grow participation and retention of coaches and umpires.
