The Head of Change, Projects & Capability is a senior leadership role responsible for leading business-led initiatives that enhance Carey's organisational capability, optimise processes, enhance information and technology use, and build future readiness. Reporting within the Deputy Principal - Quality and Innovation (DP-QI) portfolio, the role ensures transformation and improvement initiatives align with the School's strategic aspirations, are governed effectively, executed with excellence, and supported by robust change management and stakeholder engagement. This position provides strategic direction and practical leadership for a diverse portfolio of projects, enabling sustainable organisational growth, continuous evolution, and innovation. This is a full-time permanent position based at the Kew campus.
