NSW Police Force is seeking a Manager Business Intelligence to lead a large BI team within the Chief Data Office. You will drive the development of BI products, reports and services to inform operational policing, corporate strategies and key decisions.

You will lead 10–15 data professionals, applying Python, SQL, Power BI and large language models to extract insights and uplift capabilities across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of teams of 10–15 data professionals.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI and large language models.
• Ability to develop consumable BI insights for operational, tactical and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
