Job summary

NSW Police Force is seeking a Manager Business Intelligence to lead a 10–15 person BI team within the Chief Data Office. You will drive development of BI products and services that inform operational policing, corporate strategies and key decisions.

You will extract insights from large datasets, using Python, SQL and Power BI, and you will champion modern analytics tools and training across the team to uplift capabilities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leads a large BI team (10–15 data professionals).
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, Power BI and modern analytics tools.
• Delivers consumable insights and BI products for operational and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI team within the Chief Data Office.
