Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Business Customer Operations function in the Western Region. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive customer outcomes, and ensure compliance across trade waste, backflow prevention, recycled water agreements, and investigations.

You will partner with customers, councils and regulators to protect networks, improve revenue recovery opportunities, and deliver strategic initiatives while maintaining a customer-focused service

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of field and office staff managing business customer relationships.
