Job summary

Glencore Metals Australia is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead enterprise reporting, analytics and planning. You will shape, implement and govern our data strategy, build a modern data platform and own Anaplan planning across the network, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/IT/mining/engineering or related field.
• Experience building BI, reporting or analytics in a complex operation.
• Experience with data governance and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the reporting and analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Define business requirements with stakeholders and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Drive adoption of reporting services and reduce duplicate reports.
• Lead design of a modern data warehouse and reporting platform.
• Act as Service Owner for Anaplan and drive adoption across the business.
• Manage cross-location vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Establish and audit data governance framework.
