Job summary

SchoolHouse partners with a private Mathematics Tutoring Company in Sydney to deliver high-quality Senior Mathematics tutoring for primary and secondary students. The role requires a Teaching qualification, accreditation, and willingness to travel across Sydney to reach learners.

You will join a team that values flexible working conditions and the opportunity to impact students’ attitudes toward mathematics, with a supportive collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Current NESA accreditation and WWCC (or eligible to gain).
• Experience teaching Senior Mathematics to secondary students.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team and support school values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mathematics instruction to senior students across NSW.
• Travel across Sydney to provide tutoring sessions.
• Support student growth mindset and positive attitudes toward learning.
• Collaborate with schools and fellow tutors to plan lessons.

SchoolHouse is working in partnership with a private Mathematics Tutoring Company based in Sydney who works with Primary and Secondary aged students of all ability levels. Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
• Current NESA Accreditation and WWCC (or eligibility to gain)
• Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching subjects outlined above
• Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education
• Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of the company
