Noẽma, the latest concept from Lucas Collective, is opening in Melbourne’s CBD this November. We are building a world-class front-of-house team for a multi-space venue including dining rooms and private spaces.

As Head Host you will drive guest experience with Seven Rooms, OpenTable and other guest-centre tools, delivering immaculate service and exceptional communication. The role demands flexibility in a rotating roster and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Host in a premium venue.
• Experience with reservation and guest management systems is essential.
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication are required.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service delivery across shifts.
• Collaborate with hospitality professionals to maintain guest experience.
• Manage a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Support training and onboarding for front-of-house team.
