A leading Mexican restaurant chain in Gold Coast City is seeking a Head Cook to oversee kitchen operations and support the growth of the kitchen team. Responsibilities include training staff and monitoring essential kitchen financial metrics such as cost of goods and labor. The ideal candidate should possess experience in a busy kitchen environment, leadership skills, and a certificate in commercial cookery.
