A fast-casual dining brand in Melbourne is seeking a Head Cook to lead the kitchen team and ensure the best Mexican food experience. The role involves training the kitchen staff and monitoring key financial metrics such as labor and food cost. Ideal candidates will have kitchen experience in hospitality, team leadership skills, and relevant cooking certifications. Qualifications

• Ability to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods, labor costs and wastage.
• Sound understanding of food safety concerns.
