Worthington Prestige in Somersby is seeking a talented Chef to join a brand-new café and events venue. You will craft simple, delicious Italian-inspired dishes using quality ingredients, helping shape a fresh café concept within the Worthington Motor Group precinct.

The role involves leading daily kitchen operations, creating breakfast and lunch menus, developing seasonal menus, and catering for dealership events, with additional evening and weekend duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef experience required.
• Passion for fresh, quality food and Italian-inspired cuisine.
• Ability to develop menus and seasonal specials.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and maintain high quality.
• Create fresh breakfast and lunch menus.
• Develop seasonal specials and function menus.
• Cater for vehicle launches, corporate events, and private functions.
• Manage stock, food costs, and ordering.
• Support evening and weekend functions when required.
