Links Hotel in Seaton, Adelaide's Western suburbs, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, delivering pub classics with fresh, locally inspired dishes.

As part of ALH Hotels, you will work with the Publican and FOH team, driving a high-performing kitchen and ensuring safe, profitable operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications, with a salary from AU$85,000 plus superannuation and bonus.

About The Role

We’re searching for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Links Hotel - the beating heart of our local community and the place where pub classics meet plates locals can’t get enough of.

The Links Hotel in Seaton is located in Adelaide’s Western suburbs. Situated on Tapleys Hill Road close to the Royal Adelaide Golf Course, we offer an array of facilities and entertainment areas for everyone to enjoy. For customers looking for something to eat, our recently renovated bistro is just the ticket! We offer a range of delicious dishes and a kids menu that will keep everyone happy.

We offer the newest Gaming Room in the western suburbs with 40 of the most popular machines with a well laid out room offering space and comfort. If our guests are looking for somewhere to stay, our accommodation rooms are conveniently located close to the Airport, beach and Adelaide CBD.

Salary: From $85,000 + superannuation + bonus

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You’ve got trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications sorted
