Boiling Pot Brewing Co. is seeking a passionate Head Chef to own and drive the kitchen, crafting European-inspired, shareable dishes to pair with our house-made beers and wines.

The role is hands-on and largely autonomous, with occasional assistance. You will manage preparation through service, maintain quality and stock, and keep the kitchen organized and running smoothly in a busy taproom environment.

• Lead and support the kitchen team during service
• Prepare and execute the existing menu to a high standard
• Maintain food quality, presentation and timing

• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards
• Prepare kitchen rosters in consultation with Front of House Manager
• Control food costs and labour costs
• Train and develop kitchen staff
