King Road Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and drive the next stage of our food offering. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on delivering quality food in a busy hospitality environment and building a strong, reliable kitchen team.

The role requires proven leadership in a kitchen, the ability to maintain high standards, and a collaborative approach with management to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Has proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or senior kitchen leader.
• Is confident leading and developing a team.
• Can remain calm and organised in a busy service.
• Takes pride in producing consistently good food.
• Is a strong communicator and team player.
• Wants to take ownership and make the kitchen their own.
