Qualifications
- Experience leading a kitchen team at a busy venue.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Financial acumen, including labour and cost control.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a passionate kitchen team
- Drive a positive, high-performing kitchen culture
- Work alongside the Venue Manager to deliver an exceptional food offering
- Manage food costs, labour, ordering and stock control
- Maintain outstanding food quality, consistency and presentation
- Get creative with seasonal specials and menu innovation while delivering quality pub favourites
- Train and support the next generation of chefs, helping your team develop their skills and careers
