Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian regional cooking.
• Hands-on experience with fresh pasta and charcoal grilling.
• Ability to manage costs, labour, rosters and kitchen operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Passion for food and pride in every service.
• Commercial awareness to balance culinary excellence with profitability.
