BelgraviaPRO seeks a hands-on Head Chef to lead the hospitality at South Stradbroke Island campground, including a Café, Bar & Restaurant. Report to the Venue Manager, you will develop menus, oversee food production and drive service standards.

You bring 5+ years in food production and kitchen leadership, current First Aid/CPR, and a customer-focused approach to create memorable guest experiences in a beautiful island setting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in food production and kitchen operations.
• Relevant professional certifications in hospitality management or related areas.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage a diverse team.

Responsabilidades

• Hires, trains and evaluates staff in food production.
• Plans menus in consultation with the Venue Manager.
• Schedules and coordinates cooks and kitchen staff to meet budgeted labour costs.
• Ensures high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety.
• Leads kitchen team to deliver excellent customer service.
