Job summary

BB Waterhole Pty Ltd trading as Willawarrin Hotel in Willawarrin, NSW, is seeking experienced Chefs for full-time, permanent positions. The hotel, a heritage-listed country venue, offers a five-room accommodation package and a bistro serving lunch Thu–Sun and dinner Wed–Sat.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities include kitchen operations, cooking and presentation to high standards, inventory management, cost control, and strict adherence to

Qualifications

• Hold Certificates III & IV in Commercial Cookery from Australia.
• Have at least 2 years of work experience as a Chef in a similar cuisine.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety (WHS) and HACCP.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be willing to relocate if you are interstate or in other cities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the smooth operation of the kitchen in accordance with company standards.
• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all culinary offerings to ensure high quality.
• Forecast, inventory, and manage food stock and costs to support kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and OH&S regulations.
