Cater Care Group seeks a Trade Qualified Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our remote contract site in Ensham, QLD. This culinary leadership role offers a FIFO or DIDO 8/6 roster and a salary of $110,000+.

You will drive team performance, oversee high-volume meal production, manage budgets, stock and safety, and ensure compliance with food safety and OH&S standards. Cater Care values work-life balance and supports ongoing career progression.

Competenze

• Trade qualified chef with proven Head Chef experience.
• Experience in remote, FIFO/DIDO, bulk catering or large-scale hospitality operations.
• Strong people skills and ability to lead a kitchen.
