• Provide hands‑on leadership, mentoring and training to build a skilled, high‑performing kitchen team
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation through strong systems, processes and attention to detail
• Monitor food costs, budgets and operational efficiency using kitchen systems to support profitability
• Oversee labour planning and performance management for both permanent and casual team members
• Champion food safety standards and HACCP compliance across all kitchen operations

More about you

• Proven experience leading large-scale kitchen operations, ideally within high‑volume Asian cuisine
• Background in premium dining and/or large‑scale functions, with experience in hatted or high‑end venues highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and inspire diverse culinary teams
• Strong expertise in Asian menu development, alongside stock control and cost management
• Commercially driven, with a track record of delivering operational and financial outcomes
• Relevant culinary qualifications, with a focus or exposure to Asian cuisine preferred
• Confidence using kitchen and business systems, including stock control platforms, spreadsheets and reporting tools
