Job summary

The Sporting Globe is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen at our Surfers Paradise venue on the Gold Coast. You will take ownership during major event days, delivering consistent, quality food even when crowds are large and energetic.

Work closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team to manage food costs, labour, stock and kitchen performance, while upholding safety and standards. Join a team that values frontline leadership and a strong kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for the next challenge.
• Ability to lead a high-volume kitchen, manage the numbers, and maintain pass standards.
• Able to build and develop a team and keep standards high under pressure.
• Lead from the front in busy service periods.
