Job summary

DONATO RESTAURANT CAFE MOUNT MARTHA in Mount Martha is seeking a Senior Chef Head Chef to join our team. This full-time position runs 7:30am to 2:30pm, with one Friday night service weekly, focusing on Italian dishes, pastas and handmade specials.

You must have at least six years in a senior chef role, be adept at menu planning, daily food preparation, portion and costing control, and lead a positive, collaborative kitchen. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Plan menus and execute daily food preparation to high standards.
• Maintain portion and cost control.
• Knowledge of Italian dishes, pastas, and handmade items.
• Lead and foster a positive, collaborative kitchen team.
• Availability on weekends; 38–40 hours per week.
• Minimum 6 years of Senior Chef experience.

Situated on the Mornington Peninsula - We are looking for a Senior Chef Head Chef to Join our TEAM.

Full Time Position Available

Kitchen Opens from 7.30am - 2.30pm

Only Open One Night per Week (Friday Nights 5.30-9pm) Italian Style Menu

We are seeking an individual who demonstrates the following attributes:
