An upmarket brewery and restaurant on the Lower Northern Beaches is looking for a driven, creative chef to help establish its reputation as the best food experiences attached to a brewery in the area.

About the Role

The venue has recently undergone a full renovation, with modern kitchen facilities and a refreshed dining space. The atmosphere is relaxed, the setting is inviting, and the foundations are in place for something special.
What’s still open? The food concept.
This is an opportunity for a chef with ideas, ambition and a strong point of view to shape the offering, develop a menu with its own identity and build a reputation alongside the venue. There’s enough trade to establish solid systems and a consistent business, without the relentless volume that can leave little room for creativity.

About You

• Experience leading a kitchen, ideally within an upmarket pub, restaurant, brewery or similar operation.
