Job summary

Vintners Wine Bar & Bistro is seeking a Head Chef to collaborate with the Wine Making Team’s Viticulturalist and Horticulturalist to deliver a paddock to plate concept in a Mediterranean style of menu. The position is based at Vintners Wine Bar & Bistro in Witchcliffe, 10 kilometres south of Margaret River.

Key responsibilities include working with local produce and regional suppliers, developing seasonal dishes, maintaining efficiency during service, and supporting the wider kitchen team.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef.
• Strong technical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and consistently during service.
