Bertie Wine Bar in Bassendean, Perth, is seeking a passionate Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready to take ownership of the kitchen and drive the next chapter of our award-winning venue. You will lead kitchen operations, deliver high-quality food, and contribute to menu development in line with our culinary vision.

We value collaboration, creativity, and professionalism and support a four-day work week with free onsite parking.

• Experience leading a kitchen and managing a team in a fast-paced setting.

About you

Experience as a Head Chef, or is a Sous Chef ready to step up

Passionate about delivering high-quality food and maintaining consistency

Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

Organised, motivated, and proactive

Brings creativity and a willingness to contribute new ideas

Experience in a wine bar, modern bistro, or similar venue (preferred)

Holds full working rights in Australia
