Job summary

SIFA - Shooting Industry Foundation of Australia in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Barista to join our corporate café team. You’ll deliver exceptional coffee and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for employees, customers and VIP guests on a Monday to Friday roster starting at 7:30am.

This role is more than a coffee job: you’ll support catering for VIP visits and workplace events while representing the café with professionalism and pride.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience and strong coffee-making skills.
• Confidence operating commercial coffee machines and grinders.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent worker who is also a valued team member.
