Job summary

Set within the grounds of 11 Acre Farm, The Good Paddock is a unique farm-led dining destination celebrating the connection between land, produce and plate. We are seeking a hands-on leader to own the coffee operation, lead from the front, and support the team to deliver exceptional coffee and hospitality.

You will bring proven senior barista experience, expert espresso skills, and a team-first mindset to coach staff through busy services while maintaining our standard of quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior barista or Head Barista.
• Strong espresso skills, including dialling in, extraction and milk texturing.
• The confidence to lead, coach and develop a team.
• A commitment to quality, consistency and excellent customer service.
• Strong organisation and the ability to thrive during busy services.
• Initiative, accountability and a genuine, team-first approach.
• A genuine passion for coffee and pride in your craft.
