The University of Newcastle in Callaghan Campus is seeking a detail-oriented Scholarship Administration Officer to lead HDR scholarship programs from application through to award and ongoing administration.

You will partner with academics and external partners, guide applicants and supervisors through the process, coordinate selection rounds, and ensure records and reporting are accurate and compliant within a supportive equity-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating scholarship programs or grants.
• Experience in higher education administration is preferred.
• Strong records management and reporting compliance.
