Job summary

Australia Post is seeking an experienced HCM Processes Owner to shape future-state HCM through Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Data & Reporting. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract working in a hybrid arrangement with senior stakeholders and delivery partners.

You'll lead process design, guide BAs, maximize SAP SuccessFactors capabilities and influence strategic design choices to deliver a simpler, employee-focused HCM experience across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HCM transformations in complex environments.
• Shaping future-state HCM across Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Data & Reporting.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and delivery partners.
