You're a collaborative HCM Process Owner who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys bringing people together to solve problems. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, and are confident influencing decisions through evidence-based recommendations. Passionate about continuous improvement, you're motivated by creating simpler, more effective people experiences while leading teams through change in line with Australia Post's values and culture.
