Job summary

Metroll in Mackay is seeking an HC Truck Driver to deliver metal building products to work and home sites across local and regional areas. You will join a safety-focused team and take pride in reliable, on-time deliveries.

A valid HC driver's license is required; HIAB experience is a plus with training provided. Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing is required; forklift ticket desirable but not essential. Full-time, Monday to Friday with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• HIAB crane experience is advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job description

We are currently seeking a HC TRUCK DRIVER for our Mackay branch.

This position will appeal to a responsible, accountable and committed person that likes working as part of a team and is focused on the customer and our customers outcomes.

Full time Role – Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays. Some overtime maybe required.

This requires the delivery of our metal building products to work and home sites, both locally and in regional areas.

You will require good levels of similar past experience, great customer service skills and good attention to detail. Previous HIAB crane experience would be an advantage, however full training will be provided for the right candidate.

We focus heavily on workplace safety compliance.You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the vehicle as required and in accordance with our delivery guidelines.

You WILL be required to undertake a pre-employment medical, which includes a Drug and Alcohol test. A HC Driver’s License will be required. A forklift ticket would be desirable but not essential.
