• Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to start early (4:30am) and manage up to 12-hour shifts.

High Volume Haulage Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HC Semi Tipper driver to join our growing transport and logistics team. This is a full-time position based in Nerang, Queensland. As an HC Semi Tipper driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations, transporting bulk materials and goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction in the road transport industry.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and safely drive HC semi tipper vehicles in accordance with all road transport legislation and company policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck and tipper mechanism are in safe working order
• Operate the tipper hydraulic system to safely discharge loads at designated sites
• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation, including vehicle defect reports
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers and site supervisors regarding delivery status and any issues
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, representing the company positively at all times
• Comply with fatigue management regulations and all safety protocols
• Contribute to a safe workplace culture by reporting hazards and participating in safety initiatives

What we're looking for

• Current HC or MC driver's licence valid for the jurisdiction of operation
• Proven experience operating semi tipper vehicles in a commercial road transport environment
• Early starts 4.30am with up to 12hr days
• Knowledge of load securing requirements and safe handling of bulk materials
• Demonstrated safety awareness and compliance with traffic laws and transport regulations

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery schedules consistently
