Job summary

Team Global Express is seeking an HC Driver for a permanent, full-time position in Gracemere, QLD. The role runs Monday to Friday with an immediate start available, focusing on pickups and deliveries and safe handling of freight.

You will be responsible for daily vehicle checks, load restraint, and adherence to WHS policies while maintaining punctual performance and professional service across designated routes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid HC Licence
• Previous experience in a similar driving role
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to transport freight in a safe and timely manner
• High attention to detail, particularly around safety
• Proactive approach to WHS and safe work practices

Responsibilities

• Complete pickups and deliveries within designated timeframes
• Ensure freight is handled safely and efficiently at all times
• Safely restrain loads using appropriate equipment, including straps and chains
• Conduct daily pre-start vehicle checks and report any issues
• Follow all company procedures and operational requirements
• Report hazards, near misses, and incidents in line with company processes
• Maintain a strong commitment to WHS practices
