Thiess is seeking Production Mining Operators – Haul Truck (mechanical) and Multi-Skilled Operators – to join our team at the Caval Ridge Project in Moranbah, QLD. The role offers a 7/7 lifestyle roster with 12.5-hour shifts and DIDO/BIBO options, plus on-site camp accommodations and meals.

You will operate heavy mining equipment safely, follow Thiess’ procedures, and contribute to production while prioritising safety and teamwork. Dispatch experience is valued.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience operating Haul Trucks (mechanical) in a coal mining environment.
• SSE-signed, verified skills list (training transcripts) and LMS documentation.
• Standard 11 – Statement of Attainment.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Previous Dispatch experience highly regarded.
