• Reliable, punctual and able to manage time and tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport day-old ducklings and eggs between the hatchery and farms, ensuring welfare standards are met.
• Assist in basic upkeep of transport vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, managers and farm personnel.
• Help uphold biosecurity practices as part of daily duties.
• Follow all WHS policies and Pepe's Ducks safety procedures.
• Participate in training and contribute to the QA system.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by the Hatchery Manager.
