Job summary

North Brisbane Retaining Walls is expanding and seeks a Leading Hand to take charge and grow with us on premium residential projects in Brisbane's Northside up to the Sunshine Coast.

Bricklayers, Concreters or hardscapers are encouraged to apply; we will train you on our processes and assist with licences for machinery. Earn competitive, flexible pay with weekly wages and strong progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Demolition & Construction of Walls: Demolition of failed timber walls, site set outs for earthworks, concreting, demoulding, Installing concrete sleeper or block retaining walls, including plumbing connections and drainage gravels.
• Fencing & Gates: Installing Colorbond/timber fencing, PA gates, electric sliding gates.
• Site Leadership: Assisting with onsite set-outs for earthworks (using lasers and profiles), managing materials, managing site logistics and guiding labourers safely.

Looking for a Career Change? (Bricklayers & Concreters)

If you a Bricklayer or Concreter looking to transition into a role with more variety, your experience and skills learnt in your trade blend perfectly for retaining wall construction. We will also fully train you on our processes and are prepared to get you licences for the required machinery.

About the Role

Working on premium residential projects, your day-to-day will involve:
